Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, in order to maintain the efficiency of our services and ensure fair treatment for both our clients and our business, we have implemented the following 24-hour cancellation policy: Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a late cancellation fee. This fee is designed to compensate our service providers for the time that was reserved for the client. Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule appointments within the 24-hour window without incurring a cancellation fee, provided the rescheduled time is available. Refund Policy: Late cancellation fees are non-refundable. Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no-show." No-shows may be subject to the same late cancellation fee. Communication is Key: We value open communication with our clients. If there are concerns or special circumstances regarding the cancellation, we encourage clients to reach out to discuss the situation.
